| 内容記述 | Investigation into consciousness and preparation for the protection against disasters was carried out to the people with special needs to disaster (old person or handicapped person) on the support list that Tokushima Prefecture Komatsushima City made. The conditions which an emergency countermeasure didn't proceed became obvious as to the people with special needs to disaster. But, as for the people whose life, physical condition was good, it became clear that concern was high about the emergency countermeasure. Therefore, the old Person himself enforces an emergency countermeasure by doing proper information service and support. And it is desirable to have the condition that it doesn't need to evacuate at the time of the disaster prepared. | |||||||||||
