| 内容記述 | When citizen and local government carried out a public works project, new relation of "partnership" that each other was concerned with works for the subject became connect. Therefore I have to clarify it about partnership system.On the occasion of partnership works, it is desirable for a guideline or a manual to get it ready in both sides with a citizen and local government as a usable tool. Furthermore, to utilize guidelines effectively, I think that a policy to determine a right and duty of citizen and local government is necessary in the regulations.And I have to carry out making for a summary for the spread and learning meeting. Therefore the establishment of a specialized bureau about partnership is desirable. | |||||||||||
