The score was low in the girl pupil for the milk, and the sign of milk detached room after the school catering graduation was able to peep, and the necessity of cooking development for the milk drinking was sensed. As the result that it carried out the principal component analysis and analyzed the structure in 18 kinds of cooking and between food, the first factor read factor and second factor which show the degree of likes and dislikes with the factor which shows conventional cooking and food with which the food faces modernity cooking.
