Several authors have studied some protocols for dissolving packets loss. For example, a window flow control scheme with Explicit Congestion Notification, such that when a sender detects congestion during conection, it sets to half of the first window size, have been already proposed. This paper considers a stochastic model of a communication system with the window flow control scheme with Explicit Congestion Notification.
