The amounts of energy and each nutrient, which they took, were calculated before and after this study. Body compositions were also measured. We found that they did not know about the nutrition of the food and the balance for the dietary intake. The amounts of fat intake for them reduced significantly after this instruction. Ninety percent of the athletes could control their body weights and body fat percentages.
