The oxygenation injury of the lymphocytes in mice as blocked by catechin, flavon, α-lipotic acid, vitamin E, C and B6. The control mice fed perfect food were superior to the B6-deficient mice in the apoptotic reaction result from overexposure of the spleen lymphocytes to ultraviolet waves. These results indicate that the good nutrition reduce the risks of strong oxidant activity, are essential to the prevention of the cell death program.
