The Subjects were 15 women college students (age 19-20 years old). The questionnaire was conducted daily life and a food intake investigation. The energy, a protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium and iron had nutritional amount lower than the standard value for a result. The physical activity, the total consumption, 1855.2 ± 340.7 kcal and the number of step taken were 9102 ± 2323 steps. In conclusion, the nutrition intake were taken 60 percent of feeding standard. The physical activity satisfied the standard value relatively.
