The results showed that our systematic approach to dietary guidance classes was able to enhance students’ interest in a healthy food environment, leading to an active learning attitude. Modifying and improving how nudges are used based on the “CAN framework” from the viewpoint of students who are also cafeteria users should have good effects on both the learning of future dietitians and the student cafeteria, which is a food environment itself.
