That is a negative spiral about continuation of the business. By the impoverishment of the domestic production area, the youth is robbed of a working opportunity, and the motivation of students aiming at manufacturing decreases. The fashion education comes under the influence, too.In this article, I take up \"the second Gifu Mothers Collection\" that is an attempt to solve a problem of the apparel production area by academic-industrial collaboration. Then I analyze it what was accomplished and what was insufficient.
