Eight out of 137 students were keeping from disliked foods. They include tomatoes, liver, fish, celery, green peace, natto (fermented soy beans), green onion. Most of them had changed their preference for the disliked food when they were in from junior high school to college. Main reason for the change of food preference were 1) the disliked food eaten by chance was delicious, 2) long avoiding time from their un-favorite food, 3) mandatory eating. The results suggested that the disliked food during childhood may have changed from dislikable to favorite, according to physical, psychological, and social development. A lot of food experience are needed to overcome the disliked food.}, pages = {35--40}, title = {子ども時代嫌いだった食品の嗜好の変化について:食物栄養学科学生での報告}, volume = {67}, year = {2017}, yomi = {ナカムラ, コズエ and ミヤケ, マキ} }
