However, for reality, the apparel company is exposed to cost competition intensification by the increase of SPA (Specialty store retailer of Private label Apparel) as new business model, and the continuation of the small and medium size apparel company is critical.Following last year, \"the third Gifu Mothers collection\" tried new business model construction through Academic-industry collaboration. I analyze what was achieved in this project or what was short.
