帝国議会衆議院の議員定数に関する考察：首相秘書官・金子堅太郎の役割に注目して A Study on the Parliament Apportionment in the House of Representatives of the Imperial Diet in Japan: Focusing on the Roles of Kentaro Kaneko 松浦, 康之 マツウラ, ヤスユキ 松岡, 信之 マツオカ, ノブユキ 五條, 理保 ゴジョウ, リホ 小森, 雄太 コモリ, ユウタ MATSUURA, Yasuyuki MATSUOKA, Nobuyuki GOJO, Riho KOMORI, Yuta 議員定数 衆議院 金子堅太郎 選挙 This paper aims to clarify the decision making processes of the parliament apportionment in the House of Representatives in Japan by looking into the roles of Kentaro Kaneko in including the Articles related to election in the Constitution of the Empire of Japan. Generally speaking, the issues on parliament apportionment are very complicated because they extend over various fields in political science such as democracy theory and electoral systems theory.
